The next piece of free female bodybuilder advice has to do with your workouts. You need to understand that you can't work the same muscle group every single day. That is wrong and detrimental. You also can't just work it once a day because that just wastes potential. It takes 48hrs to repair muscle tissue, so you should be waiting that amount of time to actually work the same muscle group.
Lastly, you'll want to focus on having a plan for your diet. This means you write down before the day starts what you're going to eat and when you're going to eat it. This makes things a lot easier to deal with in the head. It also helps you deal with those low points when you feel like cheating because it acts like an objective guide telling you exactly what to do.
