How Female Bodybuilders Build Biceps

People will tell you that women are not able to build biceps as big as a man, and it's true in most cases. The factor that lets men build muscles is testosterone, which women don't have. That's why women can't build up muscles as men can.



If women want just to slim down or to tone their body, the lack of testosterone means that they can do strength training without worrying that they will develop huge muscles. However, if women go through a certain diet, with a lot of high proteins, high carbs and plenty of supplements, plus an very hard regiment of weight lifting. This is particularly good for women, because unless they try really hard, it's easy for them to keep their looks. But, if they're females that want to get big biceps, the lack of testosterone can be a problem. These women need to actually force the biceps to grow if they want them to be huge.

If a woman bodybuilder wants to develop huge biceps, they first need to do a smaller number of reps, while increasing the weights as much as possible. For a woman, it also means that they can't do it by using their own weight, but going to a real gym instead. In a professional gym, there will be the needed equipment that will allow the body to develop in the best way possible. If they did this at home, the benefits that body weight exercises and push ups can bring are extremely limited in the long run.
What they shouldn't do is series of twelve reps. Instead, they should increase the weight as much as possible, doing only two or three exercises of biceps weight lifting. Do this in three sets, of 6 or 8 reps. If it feels like it's easy, then you should put more weight in it.
In some cases, female bodybuilders will use some type of hormones, but it's definitely not recommended. They can affect the mind of the bodybuilder just like it happens when people use steroids. They should avoid using hormones, and this is especially true when they do heavy weight training. If they want to prepare for competitions by getting big biceps, they can use protein supplements.
Make sure you're safe when you train, that you do it smart and in a way that is healthy. This is the best way you can increase your biceps without putting your health at risk.
